SO this so isn't on the topic of Grace but I had to share! My friend Pam sent me a link on how to dehydrate your own eggs, and since I've got the LOVELY Excalibur dehydrator...I thought I would try it out!!! So 16 hours later I've got about 1/4 of a cup of dehydrated eggs! I'm so excited! I just made a small batch to see if it would turn out, and because it did...I will obviously be making more! YES!
