Grace's journey

Hello, hello, Grace?

Grace has seen us use the phone so many times, and we've also put the phone up to her ear tons of times to teach her how it goes. This has been months really, that we've been working on the phone with her. Not that it's a big deal, it's just one of those fun things parents do with their kids!! Well, she's mastered knowing where the phone goes!! She got a play phone from a friend down the street, and now, when Mommy dials the phone, "beep beep boop bop" and talks to Dado for a minute, she then hands the phone to Grace and Grace puts it to her ear!! Of course, it's not perfect, which makes it even cuter! Normally, the ear piece is in her hair on the back of her head, and the mouthpiece is on her cheek! Cutie Patootie! Now she will need to learn how to answer back, as all she does is smile really big, wave, and blow kisses! But that would be just perfect for a video phone.
